Warrior 3, aka Virabhadrasana 3, requires you to use your both your body and mind. The legs, shoulders and back are engaged, as you are forced to concentrate in order to hold the balance. We will be strengthening, balancing, stretching and tuning out any needless noise in our heads in both my 9am Vinyasa class at Karen Lord Pilates Movement and my 6:30pm Power Hour Vinyasa at Sangha Yoga Shala so that you can have an amazing weekend ahead.
