Fish Pose, also known as Matsyasana, has been called “the destroyer of all diseases”. While I’m not sure if that is true, it is fantastic for opening the throat, chest and shoulders. If done (as shown) while in Lotus Pose, it is also great for opening the hips. Expect to open your chest and shoulders today and this weekend in my yoga classes listed below at Sangha Yoga Shala.
