Crow Pose, otherwise known as Bakasana, is a popular yoga arm balance.  It strengthens the wrists and arms as well as the abs.  Crow pose also helps to open the groin muscles.  I always like to remind people when I teach this pose to look about a foot in front of them versus straight down otherwise a crow can become a somersault.  Another tip is to keep your elbows within shoulder distance apart.
